How changing our mindset help us to grow
Our mind will always change on how we perceive the world every day, second and hour. It is important to know that our mind need to be push to the limit and that is the only way to get better at it. If we manage to change our mindset we might even manage on how we can cope every day life's problem.
As important it is to know that it is possible to switch our mindset works. As we go deep into, here are 3 tips that I will share with you.
1. Write More What do I mean by this when we write more? Our mind does working when we write because it force us to think of an Idea, a vision and also our brain loves to research think give opinions. We should appreciate it and use it to the fullest. How to write? what to use? Everyone knows it, it is common that we should our achievement in our journal, Blogs and try to give suggestion or idea in facebook or quora.
2. Feed your mind with positive quotes The brain is part of our body, we can improve our brain and mind with reading more positive stuff and always do positive affirmation. As this process will not only help our mind to be more refresh but we are also preparing our every day life mentally. The mental and emotion is altogether is cooperate together. When our mood is sad, angry and confuse but our mind is mentally strong we can win the day and we can always cope with every day problem.
3. Laugh and Smile Every one knows this is cliche and common, this title is already been told by many other. Anyway I am still gonna say it, When we smile our brain parts will process and activates the orbitofrontal cortex which is the region of your brain that process sensory rewards.
